Million Roastery's Vietnamese Filter Coffee is crafted from Robusta/Arabica coffee beans grown at suitable altitudes (1200m-1500m) in some of Vietnam's most renowned coffee regions, such as Cau Dat, Di Linh, Dak Lak. We meticulously oversee the Farm to Cup process, from planting to delivering the final cup of coffee to our customers. The coffee cherries are handpicked at full ripeness, carefully processed through stringent controls. "How to Brew Vietnamese Drip Coffee (Phin)

Ingredients for Brewing Vietnamese Drip Coffee (Phin)

• Coffee: 25 grams

• Hot water: 80ml

• Phin, glass, rapid boiling kettle

Steps to Prepare

Step 1: Rinse the phin with hot water.

Step 2: Put 25 grams of coffee into the phin and place it over a glass.

Step 3: Pour slowly 30ml of hot water evenly over the coffee surface.

Step 4: After 2 – 3 minutes, when the coffee grounds have bloomed evenly, lift the phin slightly, release the CO2, then press the filter down, pour an additional 50ml of hot water, cover, and wait.

Step 5: After about 1 minute, the coffee will start to drip into the glass. Wait until most of the coffee has dripped, then press down the filter to extract the remaining coffee.

Step 6: You will get approximately 40 – 45ml of brewed coffee. You can add condensed milk, sugar, or ice, stir well, and enjoy."

"Ingredients for Brewing Vietnamese Drip Coffee (Phin) - Large Size

Coffee: 100 grams

Hot water: 410 ml

Phin, glass, rapid boiling kettle

Steps to Prepare

1. Step 1: After rinsing the phin, add 100 grams of coffee, shake it evenly, and lightly press down the filter.

2. Step 2: Pour 160ml of hot water to let the coffee release CO2.

3. Step 3: After about 7 – 10 minutes, pour an additional 250ml of water, cover, and wait for the coffee to drip.

4. Step 4: When the coffee is almost done dripping, press down the filter firmly to extract the remaining coffee. The result will be approximately 160 – 200ml of concentrated coffee."
