Cascara Tea

"Guide to Brewing Cascara Tea"

"Cascara tea is made from the dried husks of coffee cherries. After being harvested and washed, the husks are separated and dried to make tea. There are various types of Cascara tea available in the market. At Million Roastery, we offer two types with different qualities. The first type is more tangy, aromatic, and lightly sweet, while the second type is more special, with a mild tanginess, delightful aroma, thicker husks, and higher sweetness. We make Cascara tea from two coffee varieties, Heirloom and Bourbon.

Cascara can be brewed hot or cold and enjoyed on its own or paired with other ingredients.
